Well, a week has gone by and I have to say that I am really proud of myself for this first week. I lost 4 pounds! And the new eating habits are getting easier — I don’t even miss my chocolate….never thought I would say that!
I guess the thing to remember that with each success like losing a bit of weight here and there, I know that this will defintely motivate me to just keep going. I will look and feel as good as those Biggest loser people in next to no time!
